Beach woman wanted in theft of mother's vehicle, purse The Virginian-Pilot
Earlier this month, a lass reported to police that her vehicle and purse was stolen.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the handmaiden also told police she knew who did it: her own daughter.
Police are currently searching for the maid's daughter, 48-year-old Victoria J. Callahan, with the last known greet of the 900 block of Baja Court in Virginia Seashore.
On Feb. 8, police say a woman reported that her daughter shawl her silver 2008 Honda CR-V, along with a purse that was inside of the car when the crime occurred.
A the cops news release said that the purse contained the maiden’s identification, bank cards and check reserve. The daughter then allegedly forged and cashed numerous checks, patrol said, and made nearly $2,000 worth of unauthorized withdrawals from her look after's bank account.
Police said there are currently 7 warrants on register for Callahan, including the unauthorized use of an automobile, two counts of fraudulence and two counts of obtaining money under false pretense.
The 2009 Honda CR-V does most things well and isn't too precious, but it's noisy and didn't ace all its crash tests. See more photos of the CR-V below the article in today's slideshow. In many of the exchange classes they compete, Hondas are very nice
